Group Coaching

Ridgway Coaching also provides group sessions for individuals who have similar interest and or needs. In addition to a costs savings, individuals get the added benefit of the support from the group environment. The group sessions allow clients to share ideas and experiences and learn about techniques and strategies that have been successful for others. In addition, the group provides structure, encouragement, and a forum for accountability. Group coaching sessions consist of three to eight individuals and may be conducted either on the telephone or in person. Three custom groups that will be offered are:

  1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and/or LD
  2. Parents of individuals who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and/or LD
  3. Teachers of students who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and/or LD
